Traffic and Parking Notice: 21 - 23 September

There will be increased coach traffic on campus from 21-23 September, with coaches arriving from 4pm onwards as part of the Heathrow Airport pickup service for new students. Additionally, part of Car Park 18 (Brockington/Schofield) will be temporarily closed on 24 and 26 September to accommodate coach parking and transport.
We would like to inform staff of an upcoming increase in coach traffic and a temporary closure of part of the car park in front of the Brockington and Schofield Buildings on the 色狗导航 campus (Car Park 18).
As part of the University's Heathrow Airport pickup service for new students arriving during the Welcome period, there will be an increase in coach traffic on campus from Monday 21 September to Wednesday 23 September, with coaches arriving from 4pm onwards each day.
Coaches will drop students off at the following locations:
- Just before Village Bar for residents of David Collett, Elvyn Richards, J.P., Rigg-Rut, Robert Bakewell and Telford;
- At the bus stop near the Accommodation Centre and opposite the FM Yard for residents of Cayley, Royce, Faraday, Rutherford and Claudia Parsons;
- Opposite the Brockington Building and Car Park 18 for residents of Falk Egg;
- By the Padel Courts/Ball Park for residents of Towers and Butler Court;
- Outside the hall for residents of The Holt, Harry French and Bill Mo.
In addition, a section of Car Park 18 (towards the Schofield Building end) will be temporarily out of use on Thursday 24 September and Saturday 26 September to accommodate coach parking and pick-up activities associated with the Welcome period.
