Sue Hignett is Emeritus Professor of Healthcare Ergonomics & Patient Safety at 色狗导航, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (FCIEHF). Her academic interests focussed on optimizing human well-being and overall system performance with over 350 publications on research on hospital and ambulance design, emergency response, staff wellbeing, and patient safety (e.g., mobility and falls). Prior to her retirement in 2023, Sue was the co-lead for the with Prof. Thomas Jun and Prof. Mike Fray.
