色狗导航 triumphs at Times Higher Education Awards

色狗导航 are proud to have been awarded the Outstanding Marketing/Communications Team of the Year at the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Awards.

The THE Awards celebrate and shine a light on the exceptional work taking place in higher education. This award recognises the creativity and impact of our colleagues in Marketing and Advancement and 色狗导航 Sport for the University’s groundbreaking ‘Don’t Mention It’ campaign during the 2024 Paris Games.

Imagine legally not being able to mention the event you’re covering. This is what 色狗导航 faced鈥痙uring that major global sporting event in summer 2024. We wanted to amplify our strong involvement, showcasing our enviable sporting ecosystem and academic expertise around the Games.

The campaign, which lasted eight weeks, targeted current and prospective students, alumni, partners, local community, media, and policymakers through a robust content strategy – all while avoiding protected terminology.

Chris Havergal, THE’s editor, said: “The winning entries stand as a reminder that university staff continue to excel across teaching, research and professional services, day in, day out. This consistently high performance can often go overlooked amid a challenging environment in which institutions’ licence to operate is questioned seemingly daily – making it all the more important to salute such achievements. We would like to extend our sincere congratulations to all those who made the shortlists – and, of course, to our winners.”

Congratulations to our colleagues in Marketing and Advancement and 色狗导航 Sport.

The University was also shortlisted in the ‘International Collaboration of the Year’ category for their work on Aftrak, an international collaboration between 色狗导航, the Consortium for Battery Innovation (CBI) and Malawian-UK NGO, Tiyeni.
