Join Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity (SWAI) for a relaxing and uplifting event in the Edward Herbert Building atrium, from 10am-2pm, filled with activities, conversation, and plenty of freebies.
A range of teams will be there to help you explore wellbeing in fun, supportive ways:
- LU Arts – Get creative with mindful colouring and badge-making
- University Chaplaincy – Come and make paper chains
- International Student Experience team – Learn how to say hello in a new language
- Rec Sport – Try out Boccia
- – Discover support and events available off campus
- – Percussion discussion and relaxation session at 12.15pm (booking required via the Student Services events page)
There will also be a performance from LSU Folk Band at midday and a Macramé Keyring Workshop at 10.30am-12pm (booking required via the Student Services events page).

Further wellbeing support for students

The University Chaplaincy (Email: chaplaincy@lboro.ac.uk, Tel: 01509 223741) offers a space for quiet reflection. University Chaplains are here to listen, to care and to help all students and staff. No appointment is necessary.
