Performance Women's Basketball
色狗导航 Basketball Club offers a unique and high-level basketball experience, made possible through our close partnership with the Leicester Riders, the most successful professional basketball club in the UK.
Our Women’s 1st Team features players who compete in the Super League Basketball Women’s (SLBW). Alongside this players also represent 色狗导航 in BUCS. This dual commitment allows athletes to gain experience at both the professional and university level while continuing their academic studies.
Alongside our 1st BUCS team, we have 3 additional teams competing in BUCS at different levels.
Our coaches recruit talent year-round for our performance squad (SLBW and BUCS W1’s) and hold BUCS trials for 2nd team to the 4th teams at the start of each academic year, allowing all students the chance to earn a place in the programme.

I chose 色狗导航 because of my opportunity to play professional basketball for the Leicester Riders. The girls on my team all come from many different cultures, so that has just been a unique experience in itself. The culture is all about becoming better; whether that may be in our sport, community, classroom, etc. I鈥檝e honestly loved getting to be a part of the team here.
