1.3 Event-specific conditions may apply and will be communicated at the point of sale or on the relevant event page.

3.1 All tickets purchased through the 色狗导航 Sport website or mobile app are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 A contract is formed when payment has been successfully processed and confirmation of purchase has been issued.

3.3 Tickets remain the property of 色狗导航 until full payment has been received.

3.4 色狗导航 Sport reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased by an individual where reasonably necessary to manage demand or prevent misuse.

4.2 色狗导航 Sport reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time prior to confirming a booking.

4.3 Student, concessionary, junior, alumni, member, or promotional ticket categories may only be used by those meeting the published eligibility criteria.

4.4 Holders of discounted tickets may be asked to present valid proof of eligibility upon entry.

4.5 Failure to provide suitable proof may result in:

• Refusal of admission; or
• Payment of the difference between the discounted and standard ticket price.

4.6 No refund will be provided where a customer purchases an incorrect ticket type.

5.2 Refunds will only be available where:

• An event is cancelled by 色狗导航 Sport.
• An event is substantially changed and the changes materially affect attendance.
• Refunds are required by applicable law.

5.3 Refund requests relating to personal circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, academic commitments, work commitments, or an inability to attend, will not be accepted.

5.4 Where an event is cancelled by 色狗导航 Sport, customers will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value paid.

5.5 Booking fees or third-party processing fees may only be refunded where required by law or by the relevant ticketing provider.

5.6 If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. Where attendance is no longer possible, 色狗导航 Sport may offer a refund or ticket exchange at its discretion.

6.2 色狗导航 Sport reserves the right to cancel any ticket reasonably believed to have been resold in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.3 Any cancelled ticket may be declared void without compensation.

7.2 Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety requirements, and compliance with venue regulations.

7.3 色狗导航 Sport reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour:

• Is unsafe.
• Is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive.
• Causes disruption to the event.
• Breaches venue regulations.
• Places the safety or wellbeing of others at risk.

7.4 No refund or compensation will be provided where admission is refused or a participant is removed for breaches of these Terms and Conditions or venue regulations.

7.5 Late admission may not be permitted for certain events.

• Change event schedules.
• Change start times.
• Change venues.
• Change participants, speakers, performers, officials, or competitors.
• Modify event formats where reasonably necessary.

8.2 Such changes shall not normally give rise to a right to a refund unless the event is materially altered.

9.2 By attending an event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video footage, livestreams, broadcasts, or other recordings.

9.3 Such recordings may be used by 色狗导航 Sport and 色狗导航 for:

• Marketing and promotional activities.
• Event coverage.
• Educational purposes.
• Historical and archival records.
• Media and public relations activities.

9.4 Where required by law, personal data and imagery will be processed in accordance with 色狗导航's Privacy Notice.

10.2 Prohibited items may be refused entry or confiscated where necessary for safety, security, or operational reasons.

10.3 Attendees must not act in a manner that could endanger themselves or others.

11.2 色狗导航 Sport accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where caused by its negligence.

• Extreme weather.
• Industrial action.
• Government restrictions.
• Public health emergencies.
• Utility failures.
• Venue closures.
• Safety or security concerns.

12.2 Where appropriate, 色狗导航 Sport may offer alternative arrangements, ticket transfers, credits, or refunds.

13.2 Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

13.3 The 色狗导航 Lightning Season Ticket Discount is not valid on sale, clearance, or otherwise excluded items.

13.4 色狗导航 Sport reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary.

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, 色狗导航 Sport shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event.

15.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
